The Challenge
Evolve a dated website into a modern, high-tech experience
Candor’s original website carried their brand’s signature look, but it had begun to show its age. With design trends shifting toward sleek, clean interfaces and user-first functionality, the site no longer reflected the innovation or agility that defines Candor’s work. The layout felt static, the animations were outdated, and the overall experience lacked the responsiveness and polish expected in 2024. The challenge was to reimagine the site with a more modern, high-tech feel while keeping their established identity and making the experience smoother, faster, and more intuitive across every device.
The Direction
Clean, modern visuals grounded in PCB design language
The new design uses a clean, structured layout with gradients and brand colors applied with purpose. Subtle decorative patterns inspired by circuit traces bring texture and context to the visuals without overwhelming the content. We introduced chip-like shapes with distinct edge cuts, echoing the physical form of printed circuit boards to create a visual connection to the product. Content spacing was refined for better readability, and technical tables were made fully responsive to support users on any device.
