With a team of highly qualified tutors, including many with graduate degrees and teaching certifications, FHT delivers personalized support across a wide range of curricula, including IB and AP programs.
The Challenge
The previous website no longer matched the quality of their programs
While Forest Hill Tutoring’s educational programs and reputation were first-class, their previous website felt dated and cluttered. Content was scattered and hard to navigate, making it challenging for students and parents to find information quickly. The secondary credit course listings lacked a clear structure, and the blog was outdated and underutilized. It was clear that a redesign was needed to create a modern, organized, and accessible online space.
The Direction
A brand new site that is cleaner, more modern, and easier to navigate
Our goal was to deliver a site that reflected Forest Hill Tutoring’s professionalism and warmth while making navigation intuitive for students and parents. We introduced a fresh, clean layout anchored by Forest Hill’s signature green and accented with a subtle patterned background. Content was restructured for clarity, with improved hierarchy and flow supported by subtle animations to guide users through key sections. We also redesigned the blog to make updates more engaging and accessible.

Unique Functionality
Course information is now organized in a neat, expandable accordion menu
To better organize the secondary credit courses, we implemented a custom solution using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) with WordPress. This allowed Forest Hill Tutoring to manage courses effortlessly in a neat, nested accordion menu. Students and parents can now quickly expand sections to view detailed course descriptions without losing their place on the page.
